How Ekol Glass processes website, quotation, contact and live-support data.

Data and collection
Contact and quotation forms may process your name, email, phone, company, product family, dimensions, quantity, project notes and uploaded drawings or files. Live support may process your name, phone number and messages. Data is collected from information you submit, files you upload, necessary session and language storage, and technical records required to protect the site.

Purposes and legal grounds
We use these data to assess and respond to your request, prepare a quotation, clarify a glass project's scope, review its technical files, protect information security and meet legal duties. Processing needed to take steps at your request before a contract relies on Article 5/2(c) of Law 6698; legal duties rely on Article 5/2(ç); security and abuse-prevention processing may rely on legitimate interests under Article 5/2(f), where your fundamental rights are not overridden. Optional analytics and marketing tools run only after your separate choice. The form checkbox records that the notice was shown; it is not consent to analytics or marketing.

Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with authorized Ekol Glass sales and technical staff, website hosting and email-delivery service providers, and Google Analytics or Meta when you enable the relevant optional category. Meta conversion measurement may receive browser identifiers and technical event data, not the text of your form or uploaded drawings. A provider may process data on infrastructure outside Türkiye; any such transfer is subject to the transfer conditions in Article 9 of Law 6698.

Retention
Contact and quotation records are kept for 12 months by default. An active quotation, contract, dispute or legal duty may require a documented extension. Expired requests are archived and direct identifiers are removed. Uploaded files are placed in a restricted deletion queue for up to 30 days before permanent removal. Live-support messages are deleted 12 months after the last activity.

Your rights and applications
Under Article 11 of Law 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing and recipient groups, seek correction or deletion where applicable, object to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis, and claim compensation where the legal conditions are met. Submit an application using a method accepted by the applicable rules to the controller's postal address. Contact info@ekolglass.com for application and identity-verification instructions. Applications are answered within the statutory period, no later than 30 days.
